Katie deBuys is a native of Santa Fe, New Mexico and a graduate of Northwestern University. In May, 2010, she earned her M.F.A. in Acting from The University of Texas at Austin. She is currently a resident of Washington, D.C, where she made her area debut as Mrs. Givings in "In the Next Room or the vibrator play" at the Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company under the direction of Aaron Posner.
